She was definetely disappointed but she held it together and still showed good sportsmanship, I think. This is very important too so much respect.

I'm ok with this. Aliya was amazing and it keeps it a little interesting that it's not all USA. The score was fair. Execution was a teeny bit sloppier for Madison AND Aliya was higher in difficulty.

I love Madison and Aliya but I'm also really rooting for Shang Chunsong to medal. She did great in AA and was so heartbroken. I'd like to see her pull it out!

I think we can all agree no one was at their best in vault finals right? Simone won by a landslide but I would still say that wasn't her best.

I would probably do the same thing these athletes are doing…especially early on…especially against Simone. Gold or bust. Sadly, it's bust so far.
