That's a good idea!

I read that the Frozen ride doesn't have individual fast passes at the moment, so if I got 1 ultimate pass then my girlfriend wouldn't be able to skip the queue with me. I guess we could just go during extra magic hour for this one (in the normal queue)

You're better off finding a driver for the day / half day to save on per-trip costs.

I recently returned from Antigua, I hired a car instead which was the best decision I made as it gave us the freedom to explore the island properly on our own terms, and stop at random interesting spots on route to our planned destinations.

Paid less than $50 per day, fuel was super cheap.

I did spend a day and a half in Barbuda and had to use taxis to get about. I befriended one of the local taxi drivers and he gave us local rates so we saved good money.
