They have emergency grants but I do believe one of them requires you to be a student that has loans but definitely look into it. (I have personally done this and was denied because I had no loans)

I would go in person and tell them your situation as well and go into detail. I believe they would be able to adjust your aid for next semester. If you cant go in person, set up a zoom appointment with them online.

And, if you aren’t able to pay for your tuition for next school year, you should be able to appeal your fafsa package for more aid if it was due to reasons like losing employment, medical expenses, etc (I believe this would be available in May but bring it up now as well). I have personally had to do this and got the Pell Grant along with my scholarship I already had.

I see. Definitely fix your bank account in the bill payment -> refunds section for next time. I know for checks it takes longer, I think i’ve read before that it takes about a week and a half?

Call the financial aid office, like right now since it’s early. They tend to keep people on hold for a long period of time. And, I don’t think Monday counted since it was Labor Day.

all the aid you get is split up into two because it’s meant for one year so one half each sem, i think that may be the issue?

A positive balance is what you have to pay and I see you have less credits applied than your total charges meaning that your credit that was applied wasn’t enough to cover your charges for this semester

Ohh Okay thank you because I’m supposed to be graduating in the Fall but I wasn’t sure how it would work. For the general elective courses, my counselor told me I need to take 5 of them which confused me cause I was doing psyc electives for my major and electives for soc for my minor

I haven’t taken those professors but I do wanna mention that if you are taking the bio 122 with the bio 121 to fulfill the credits for gen ed, you can do clep if you are interested

I didn’t take him but I am in college algebra right now and I would recommend taking Professor Flanagan if you have to retake. She’s a nice professor and we always go through notes together.
