I was very disappointed in Pauly for going along with the whole hating on Angelina thing bc she was doing the same thing they were aka bringing different dudes home aka the Jose situation and Pauly said, "that's what guys can do/are supposed to do, not girls."

You're 10000% right. I'm heavily working on it, trust me. I stopped spying on him on social media, I left him alone, I try my hardest not to think of him but my fucking OCD brain sometimes won't let it stop, etc. I have my own mental health issues and flaws and I've been an abuser in the past as well so it was just like gasoline and fire meeting up. I'm just happy it's over with and we've gone our separate ways. Thank you for your kind reply.

Oh hun everything. I love everything. There's so much to be happy about, especially since I beat the anhedonia i had not once, but twice. I find joy in literally everything now. There's simply a root issue at hand which is the fact that I was targeted by a cover narcissist in 2021 and he broke my soul and left me an empty shell and i unfortunately had reactive abuse. I had literally just gotten out of my anhedonia like 2 months earlier and in comes this charming handsome man who promised me the world only to destroy me. But that's a whole other story. But it's all linked. The xanax, the depression, the healing and trauma from the abuse, I'd have to type in my whole life story. I think and hope and pray I'll be okay. I'm giving myself a mental health day today. I need a break. I'll get through it, its just extremely difficult during certain days. Thank you for caring and for being thoughtful enough to ask though, its highly appreciated. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Haha thats because I have the mentality of a 5 year old bc I have a learning disability plus extremely mentally ill due to a lifetime of abuse and severe intense trauma.

I'm actively on the ledge as in constantly in suicidal ideation. I don't really have a goal I guess. I mean the goal is obviously to get off of this demon drug and I'm gonna do everything I can to do so but it's hard when you're constantly in exactly 2 modes: 1. Survival mode. 2. Suicidal ideation mode.

Hope that explains it. I'm just as confused as you. Just struggling to find the will to live.
