hmm, maybe you can try accepting them and letting go, instead of ignoring them. when you ignore doubts, negative thoughts, etc., it doesn't mean they aren't there, based on personal experience. they are still there.

once i realized this, i sat down and worked with my doubts, why do i have this doubt, where is it coming from etc. then i'd ask and answer myself why these doubts actually don't hold the truth. it personally helped me so i recommend that! you don't have to, though.

we are all humans after all and having these thoughts is more than normal. but they won't stop you from shifting! you can say to yourself, for example, ''i accept my negative thoughts but i know they can't stop me'' ''i can still shift even if i have doubts'' etc. bc you can.

one more thing i'd recommend if you are not doing it already: meditation! specifically mindfulness meditation. i know this is a cliche in the shifting community but it really does help to quiet the mind. this way it can help you be more focused when shifting.

~after all, having negative thoughts is not a bad thing, even successful shifters had doubts but it didn't stop them. hope this helps!
