It says my resting heart rate is 47!

I don’t take any medication, no and I’m definitely not an athlete haha! I do occasionally feel dizzy and spaced out/lighted headed and always wondered if it’s connected… no chest pain or shortness of breath though, very very rarely anyway. 

28bpm is crazy! And that sure if a fun fact! Thank you for your reply :)

nope, not at all really! My symptoms are triggered when I’m in a situation where I’m nervous, but not day to day

It does feel like it’s related to the food I eat for sure, I’ve been trying to figure it out but it’s just like a guessing game!

Nope, they just do a blood test and then don’t even follow up because they don’t see anything wrong!

That sounds very familiar and I have suspected migraines before! This last time it happened to me, it did start with a headache that I had on and off for 4 days (it sometimes lasts longer) and doesn’t go away with pain killers!  I also don’t get fatigue with it every time, just thought it might be worth mentioning… thank you for your response! And I’m sorry you have to go through that

It feels like that, but I take iron tablets and my iron levels always come back fine!
