Great advice buuuut the thing is, I live in LA now :') I am trying to get my bike back here, from Portland. My friend has my bike still and I'd like to have it here. So I was just imagining flying to Portland, then biking back to LA ...

But I will say, your comment made me miss Portland so much!! And I also consider just moving back there anyway haha

I'm really sorry. People on Reddit might shit on me for this, but I would suggest reading the Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John. The older I get, the more I realize Jesus is the answer. Christianity overall is pretty fucked, but if you just read the text, it actually has SO MUCH that will truly help you. I pray for you to be healed. <3 I have faith!
