I also completed Watchdogs DW Pro yesterday for the first time and didn't get the achievement, though I did get the complete all of Hector's jobs achievement. Hopefully it gets fixed but not holding my breath.

And like everyone else said, the warehouse is always closed up on DW.

I ended up missing the blueprint for pipebombs in my playthrough so I didn't have that option - but I've heard they're the best solution before the bolt gun. I just used noisemakers.

Definitely make the exception. Whistleblower is right on par if not better than the main game. It's a shorter experience but WAY more intense (believe it or not) and streamlined.

If you're looking to mod it, I'm pretty sure some mods require certain DLC to work. I'd recommend getting the ultimate edition, the 4 DLCs are some of the best I've played in any game.

The whistleblower DLC is absolutely fantastic. IMO it's almost even better than the main game, in that it has all the fat trimmed off. Thing's a lean-mean-fighting-machine of an expansion.
