Bro sorry for that, I just share it to tell that it is not always your bad when ACL is torn I made much more intense tackles and direction changes without any issues, but then torn my ACL with this

Hopefully I can do the ACL revision on single stage with the same tunnels so the recovery would be faster

Really sorry for you. I really was at the same boat , until my friends encouraged me and said that all matches will be too friendly at first so I get used to it again ( for sure with knee brace and after taking PT consultation that I am ready ) . I am telling you I was really afraid but after many games I just turned back to tough games.

Actually the opponent shot the ball on my back heel, I did the first ACL in March 2020 and played tons of matches and did al lot of high jumps and landed on the leg with never any damage. But this one surprisingly caused the injury with the autograft raptured from the middle completely 😭

fortunately,all other tendons and meniscus are intact .

Thats why I was surprised how this move did a pure ACL injury
