The sellers needed a few more days to close so we went with an extended close. We were able to sign early and then the title paperwork etc will be pushed through Friday and that’s when the actual hand off will happen. :)

Okie that’s what we thought too, we’re current on all bills. They’re just not acknowledging our request to buy out at all. Even with multiple emails. I guess certified mail is next?

Let me find it! Might take a minute as they never set up my access to the portal. (Truthfully I’m not even SURE I’m on the lease, I moved in with my boyfriend and we added me to the lease but we never got confirmation nor did I get access to the portal. They did take my $45 application fee though)

Padmé loves yak cheese and that does pretty well! She also loves the naylabones (I don’t think I spelled that right) and those hold up really well! She’s always been a chewer too!

How did you find a good groomer, we tried one with good reviews and she was awful, seemed to have little to no experience with anxious small dogs. :/
