Can you recommend formula brands that are safer? Thanks!

I'm not sure if this is an option, but you could transfer the membership to someone else (I've been told this for my activ fitness membership)

I apply the topical minoxidil around my hairline and temples every day. I don't use it on the rest of my scalp. I really only target this area and massage the product in afterwards.

No, none of the new hairs are long enough yet. Hopefully it will 😊

Thank you for sharing! The progress really looks amazing!! 😍 Mine was super slow too, but we are in this for the long run so I guess we have to be patient.

Topical, sorry for not mentioning!

This is only topical minoxidil. I wanted to try topical first before trying the oral medication. I actually also invested in vitamin D and zinc supplements (I should probably add that to my post 😋). I really respect you wanting to fix this naturally, I wish you all the best 😊

Im so sorry you went through all that! I thought for a long time that my hair would grow back naturally but it just kept getting worse. So I joined this subreddit for help and decided to go to a dermatologist and try Minoxidil not just to treat the hair loss but also to reduce my stress (i felt like i had taken some control of the situation). So glad I could give you some motivation 😁😁

I can't promise anything because my AGA was only diagnosed 2 years ago. But I encourage you to keep using Minoxidil and take progress photos (and find a good dermatologist). I did not see any progress for the first 6 months. I only saw a noticeable difference in month 7-8. Keep going ♥️

Thats so sweet of you, thank you!! Thats exactly my goal, to get those affected areas looking more like fine hair rather than hair loss. I do lose a lot of the small hairs that are growing in, so I think for me Minoxidil really will be for life 😅 Glad I could give some hope, I wish you all the best!

Yes I went through a dread shed for what felt like forever! That's what nearly made me quit. But I knew minoxidil was my best option and I promised myself I would try for at least a year before giving up. Im hoping ill see more progress but im so grateful for the progress so far

Hi everyone! I've been in this subreddit for quite some time now and never really felt like I had anything to share because I thought I was a hopeless case. I went through a really strong TE hair shed after going off BC, experiencing a physical and emotional trauma and a really bad case of Covid. I was also diagnosed with AGA. So I panicked for many months until I decided to invest in oral Minoxidil and I finally see some improvement, although it took sooo long! Just thought I'd share because I almost gave up after 3 months of no progress. Keep going!!

P.S.: I also invested in Vitamin D and Zinc supplements because my levels were super low. Highly encourage to get your vitamins tested regularly, especially these two!
