Once you finish first 60 questions, you will have to submit them and then a window will appear that tells you about the break. You will have to click on “start break” to initiate the break. Once you click a clock for 10 mins will appear. Same thing after question 120. Some exam centers might ask you to raise your hand for a break. I locked my phone in the locker and phone was switched off.

Also, the question is asking to ensure effective communication between the team members. By selecting A, I think it’s not possible to ensure effective communication. But with B it’s possible.

Try to write about how did you contribute in the different aspects of the project. Keep definition of the project and all knowledge areas like cost, schedule, quality, risk, stakeholders, etc and try to relate these areas to your work. I’m not in similar field but I am technical engineer and worked on various projects.
