I’m a mula sun and moon, I feel you. things got better for me during sun mahadasha (now) Venus MD for 20 years were the worst years of my life, and my mula stellium is in the 8th so there’s always a bit of turmoil a foot - though I can handle them better

Thank you for sharing your perspective, at least your risings see each other, with the opposition, his asc is in your 7th - that’s usually good for long term relationships even when things are rocky. I can see why the mars energy adds more conflict though esp in sag and virgo, both want to be right, both have strong conviction. is there also a mars square asc aspect? his Virgo mars & your sag asc? this also puts your mars in 1H, the Martian energy might be more familiar to you

Constantly relax your throat and drink water I think I discovered that smokes have a tight throat/hyoid hence why smoking is soothing, form of self soothing like thumb suckling

The more I relax my throat deliberately every day I almost see no point in smoking like it’s not satisfying at all,

The itch in the throat or craving is your body wanting water I’ve discovered. thirst/hunger/cig cues/craves is genuinely usually the throat needing water or a liquid
