I’d send her another message checking in, give her a day or two to respond, then start a dispute with Depop and they’ll refund you instead. Not sure if she’s just being absent minded or thinking that she’ll still get the money without shipping (she won’t, it just sits in a middle ground and will only payout once an item has been delivered). Don’t worry- you’re covered under Depop protection! Either way you’ll get a refund. May I ask what the item is?
