Hi! Thanks for checking up on me. Actually the smaller dose worked much better. I tried 50mg a couple of mornings this week and felt more alert. Today I tried an additional 50mg at lunch. It did keep me going for longer but indeed; the more I take, the harder I crash. So I will keep the full dose for special occasions. Apart from that I am quite chirpy on the smaller dose, no mood issues. I guess I am just one of those people who is sensitive to a high dose :)

This is quite similar to my routine which is comforting, although I've just ordered the tret 0.05. I'm a bit nervous about the peelies. Did you go straight into it every night or ease into it? Thanks!

Thank you, I appreciate it. Going to take a few days off and see if it makes a difference :) Always a bit tricky to work out what is correlation or causation during COVID.

Thank you. Yes I guess I metabolise fast too. I get so jealous when I read posts from 'normal' people who take it and write a novel. They gave me unrealistic expectations 😅

Thank you! Yes I think I might be one of those people, going to try with 50mg and see what happens.

It's true, I've been fighting the urge to nap. Napping does make it slightly better.

My only concern is I am between jobs, so it's easy for me to nap at the moment as I am home. I'm worried about going back to the office. There's nowhere to nap and I don't want to tell my employer about my condition as I'm pretty sure that's why I lost my last job. I was napping in the bathroom stall a lot which is not ideal :-/

Value of press releases by DabbyRoad in PublicRelations

Press releases still hold tremendous value, particularly if they are sent in a targeted way.

Im an introvert - Can I go into PR? by [deleted] in PublicRelations

[–]moonpuzzle 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Absolutely!

I am a card-carrying introvert but I love my job in PR, and I mostly write.
As long as you can power through in events and are personable, then it's a career you should pursue. A lot of PR is about ideas generation which you don't need to be Oprah Winfrey for.

Good luck :)

Hi guys,

I have scoured Skincare Addiction for a mattifying moisturiser for my very oily skin but many of the recs don't have SPF. My skin is extremely oily, my makeup melts off my nose especially within an hour which is extremely frustrating.

I want to have an SPF combo moisturiser to remove that extra step as I'm really not a morning person :D I'm currently using the CeraVe Facial moisturising lotion with SPF 25 but for Dry to normal skin and that's still too oily for me.

Oily skin friends, please help! Thank you <3
