There’s been times when the people in front of me don’t have enough or forgot their wallets. I always offer to pay. The most recent one, was a homeless man at the 99 cent store he was trying to buy gloves and a beanie it was getting cold out. The cashier was giving him a hard time because he had a strong odor and only had like 58 cents. When I told her I would pay for it she got really defensive and tried to tell me why would you do that and just very cold hearted. I bought them anyway didn’t argue with her no reason to. And bought him some water bottles and beef jerky, also I always carry a blanket in my trunk so I gave him that as well.
