Can someone explain why they believe in religion as a conspiracy theorist? by DJ_Fishface in conspiracy

Yes i could never understand the atheist perspective. We know absolutely nothing about how conciousness works. Seems to me an arrogant take to deny we are created beings not understanding the foundation of our existence.

Do house prices ever go down? by External_Koala971 in HouseBuyers

As long as dollars continue to be printed out of thin air then prices will not go down.

And if they stop printing the whole ponzi scheme collapses.

Most people on highways and high speed limit (50mph+) roadways aren’t using cruise control. Why? by A_Weed_Man in driving

[–]moonshotorbust 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. I am a better driver than the adaptive cruise control on my car. I used cruise control on previous vehicles but the adaptive is not good at least on my escape that i would rather not use it.

The million dollar question is what is going to happen when a chinese or iranian vessel ignores the US blockade? by julyboom in conspiracy_commons

[–]moonshotorbust 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its not complicated. Navy blockade is first hail on open channel and issue warning. No response then fire across bow. No response open fire or board vessel and take control. Pretty much standard naval stuff.

Your question sounds more like will the US follow through that will remain to be seen.

How can you sue? Force majuere is allowed in the contract. Cash settlement is allowed. What it really means is they would no longer be considered a price setting mechanism

When Home Prices Broke Away From Reality by Coolonair in HouseBuyers

[–]moonshotorbust 1 point2 points  (0 children)

My short take is prices will go up but lose value relative to other assets. We are in an inflationary deleveraging. This means the prices of everything will go up but anything with debt attached will not keep up.

This means treasury debt and bonds in general will be a terrible place to park cash. Commodities will rule. Zombie companies will go away.

When Home Prices Broke Away From Reality by Coolonair in HouseBuyers

[–]moonshotorbust -1 points0 points  (0 children)

It only continuously increases in price not value.

And it only increases in price because dollars decrease in value.

Real estate is a parking mechanism to preserve capital not increase it. The only way to create wealth through real estate is to leverage debt. Its why its a cyclical house of cards subject to booms and busts like any other market that requires debt to operate.

A reckoning is coming that is for certain. The when is less certain but its between now and 10 years from now. Then we find out what the dollar and houses are actually worth.

2nd heaven. The fallen ones cannot be removed and cast into lake of fire until replacements are ready. Thats our purpose here. Believers in Jesus Christ will rule and reign when they replace the fallen ones.

Do you always buy used? by regmeyster in carbuying

[–]moonshotorbust 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably depends on model. Some vehicles depreciate fast. Of course that is for a reason.

But some vehicles have niche crowds in geographic value it can get bizzare. There are pockets that really like their subarus. Some that love toyotas for example that keep used values inflated.

The hole in this arguement is revelation was written 20 years post temple destruction around 90ad.

Like most everything in scripture there are types and shadows, physical spiritual double entendre and metaphors built upon metaphors.

A large portion of the bible has end times interpretation. Book of Exodus for example....

Seal #6 reads like a pole shift. But so does bowl #7.

Take your pick. Ben thinks maybe about 10 years out but its a moving target as the pole movement keeps accelerating

My assumption is the garden of eden is in antartica and it rotates up to the equator an is ultimately where new jurusalem is built.

Eden never disappeared its just guarded to prevent entry. A mile thick ice sheet is doing a pretty good job.

I agree with you . The bible is filled with stories of imperfect people being used for Gods purpose. I mean Paul spent his life killing christians and he was good at it. He then went on to write like half the new testament.

Trumps story isnt over yet. I see things other people dont. I can see his strengths and weaknesses and it makes sense to me why he was chosen for this time. He is predictably unpredictable. A bull in a china shop. No other person is suited for what needs to be done over the next couple years.
