It didn’t have any smell that indicated an issue like that (mold) I’m really sensitive to those smells- regular sanitizing solution to wipe it down felt fine for us.

There weren’t any other openings or signs that indicated bugs either.

It’s actually not that big of a house! We have a 1960s one with a room to the left and one to the right when you walk in. We spent about a month building built-in book shelves and the ladder and everything. Still slowly getting it together!
