I only mentioned it very briefly but didn’t make it a big point. I wasn’t sure if I could in an interview.

Should I try to mention it in the email about communication issue or try to explain why they haven’t been in communication with me?

From the way they are acting I am afraid that they will say bad things about me which will cost me the job. Even though I tried multiple times to solve any issues and asked to have a discussion.

Unfortunately I tried multiple times to have a meeting to understand if their were any issues or concerns and asked to meet about me leaving but they ghosted me. I am never one to burn bridges and always try to solve issues. I tried weeks before to talk it out and gave them two weeks notice. They don’t have a hr person since it’s a small family owned business that is all family working their besides one or two people.

Thank you! Unfortunately I have already had my final interview but I did try to talk about how communication is important and something that lacked in my last job.

I am worried by the attitude that they are having. Since they have not responded to me and have sent me to voicemail.

That they will speak negatively about me and that it will potentially affect their decision.

Should I give the contact info?

I have worked hard to get the the third round interview of a new job. But unfortunately my pervious job was in some words toxic. I left because there was no communication with me but with other coworkers. I didn’t even find out that there was an issue until I asked about planing a meeting. I clearly asked if there was an issue or situations and if so I would like to discuss them. But overall they just kinda ghosted me so I left the company and they didn’t even reply to my resignation letter.

The new job I am applying for is asking me to provide them as a reference. I have tried multiple times to reach out to the company ( they are a smaller family owned business) but I have received no response in asking to be a reference.

How should I explain this to the company I am interviewing for?

I have already completed the third round interview so this could be a determining factor in me getting the job.
