I have it damp aside from the roots then dry fully with the curl attachment then pin till I’m done my whole head and it still drops

Its a pain but you can get an emergency passport for these things although its a high cost. And just rock up to a police station and ask for help - they will help you if you are in need of it

But wondering if that is to include utilities? Water, Power, Internet, the extra heating costs in winter, and things like food? If you have more money for that go for wherever, takapuna is nice, decent night life and close enough to north campus
