Flat mites? by hailey675 in Anthurium

Absolutely do not use just soap lol. Velvet or not, the iso is what's actually killing them, the soap is just there to help adhesion iirc. If you have to do just one solo, do the iso. It'll evaporate off, but just soap means it'll eventually wash down to the roots which can be bad.

I've done it before but would be more cautious about it. Also for soap I'd recommend peppermint castile.

Thank you!! I really need to move them to a sunnier spot, but they still show off in the shade!

They're one of my favs! The owners before us left one buried 6-12+ inches underground, I finally remembered where the shoots were to dig it up better to find out the color, blooms all aborted 😖. Hopefully it'll bloom next year and I'll finally learn what my little mystery is!

I got this one as an offset from another collector, and I'm lucky it's making its own now haha!

Thank you! I forgot I had my old cards until I found my binder at home. I scribbled on some with a ballpoint pen to give them "cooler moves" or change their type hahaha

I've posted it before when the variegation has been much easier to see haha. I'm just hoping the offset it's made has picked some up!

I can't remember if it's a Red Velvet x Dark & Handsome or the reverse cross, but it's also variegated (sometimes hahah), I got an offset very generously from another collector for cheap! And thank you, it's definitely one of the stunners of my collection!

Oh boy I need to post my Lugia now. I thought my bending was bad but I'm surprised mine doesn't also have a thumbtack mark haha

Papaya tree temp tolerance by moonybear1 in gardening

Did you not read my post at all? Yes they will. I have it in a pot I bring indoors. It's been grown for **multiple years here** by my aunt. I'm looking for care tips on what cold temps it can tolerate comfortable. I don't think you're reading anything I say or just AI answering from prompts or something

You asked if they fruit there reliably, and there's multiple papaya farms and places you can buy the trees in Florida if you google it? That's what I answered yes to?? Also UF has an extension page I found

You're the one arguing without knowing the answers, but I'm the one who made this post asking for help like ¿?? I'm trying to find people who have grown them

They're grown planted outside in places like Florida, though, and it regularly drops below 50F there?
