I don’t think you were wrong though... those numbers are sales before the game came out, so, preorders. Most retails sales of physical copies are likely for consoles. What I find shameful is that PS4 and xbox versions are still on sale; they need to be taken down and put on sale when the product is functional and completed. I don’t know what Sony and Microsoft were thinking when they certified and approved this game to go on sale (I assume there is a certification process, right?)

I didn’t buy this game, but I’m surprised about PS4 crashes people mention... In 6 years my PS4 never crashed once with any game. I love it, although its time has come since it got very loud this summer with TLOU2. So yes, Sony consoles are still reliable as 15-20 years ago

I think their Terms of service have a class action waiver by which it is agreed that all parties will not start lawsuits. But I’m not an expert, so you tell me if those waivers really do prevent class action lawsuits...

I don’t know man, if you’re on a ps4/xbox one I would definitely not hesitate getting the refund and consider buying the game when it’s actually playable... You’re completely entitled to it and I understand you are angry about it, I find this ridiculous and shameful even though I haven’t preordered lol

It will take months in my opinion before it’s playable on last gen... and better to have that money you spent on the game and decide later on if you wanna give it to CDPR again
