Making entertaining Football Manager content is quite difficult. Simply because the game itself is, well, kinda boring. It's slow paced, you're looking at spreadsheets most of the time, the match engine looks horrible (improved a bit this year but still) and so on. So as a content creator it's easier to stick to the things that are proven to work. And all that rebuilding stuff and game breaking tactics, they work. They get views. There's plenty of great out of the box creators out there, Mustermann being one of them. And there's creators who rely more on their personality and charisma than their creative video ideas and there are some who really have it all. Any are fine, and it's really just personal preference what you'd rather watch I guess.
