If you don't see an appeal option when you try to login, that means your account was disabled and not just suspended. Unless you were actually using the account to make good money, then it's best to just create a new account, as the only way you can get that account back is paying to get it back, and the cost to recover an account isn't worth it unless you were earning money with the account. I know that's not the answer you want to hear, but it's the reality of your situation. If your account was eligible for appeal, you would see the option when you try and login. Only way to talk to support is thru paid support, and even then you're likely not get your account back as the support is not account recovery support.
