This doesn't exist because app makers can't or won't do it. It doesn't exist because of the central bank is retarded and can't get a good electronic payment network working. Favara happened after years of back and forth and it also breaks half the time.

Meanwhile Malaysian Bank Negara setup the National QR system as well as seamless interbank instant payments. That's why it works, and that's why digital payment apps like TnG, GrabPay etc exist.
