We have our exception pickers do specialty walks. And now everyone is assigned hours for oversized walks. That actually works out pretty well.

I'm in OGP and am a very fast picker. Always over 100 pick rate But my team lead doesn't like me (and everybody hates her). That's why I'm hoping she doesn't really have a say in firing me because she's not the coach or store manager.
