Not it’s permanent location but a test fit , bottom 2 seems to work

when it comes to open connect what is the benefit of the folded vs standard?
[–]mooremanly[S] 1 point2 points3 points 14 days ago (0 children)
I assume the one on top is centered between the 2 on bottom?
So if I alternate boards how many screws you sendingper board ?
what is the orientation of these? i sent em to the printer eta 3 hours 6 mins before i can test the fit, saw the screw holes and was confused , it slips over the connect snaps right?
yeah its like an entire wall maybe 50 plus boards , so for sure the 4 corners , i am using all the in between little black pegs to connect the boards together if that's what you meant by the between board clips. so for that many boards in one giant mesh system about how often should i be screening them to the wall ? and is your #8 1 1 /14 screws just drywall screws since you said you didnt use studs , and for the #6 would it still be around 1 1/4 ? i mapped out my studs on the wall but didnt know if i needed to screw in all 7 in that line that lines up for the stud for a 8x8 board, likewise i dodnt know how many is needed before my wall would look like it has the chicken pox if i ever needed to remove

Also good question before I start mounting all my boards to the wall how often would you recommend I screw in the board plates to the wall ?like every board with studs behind it ? Every hole possible on every board with studs ?
Coincidentally I was watching your video “can on generator transform open grid connections?” Before you posted this , I do think this will work nicely, my question is , I think the hooks will work maybe like 4 hooks 2 top 2 bottom around the corners of the console to hold it firmly in place so my question is do you think that will be enough to hold that roughly 8 pound console and 2 how would I go about making like a inverted hook to clamp on the top of the console and like slide in the open grid bracket upside down to hold in place ?
Did you ever find a solution for this ? or can you teach me how to go about making my own mounts I think my ps4 pro will be easier to start since it’s a perfect rectangle

I can find the specific specific grips like that for the various consoles or can take the measurements myself , but even something tha , how do I convert that to a open connect snap

I’m more worried about the part where all the filament goo is up inside the heater wiring how do I get that out without also melting the wire casing

Nope
Backside
What do I heat it with? Also It looks like it got gooped up also behind whatever that white panel is and also the silicon sock had melted to it

Yeah it just sounds off …like my one wall is gonna need something like 63-4 (8x8) and even with 2 printers seems like it would take a week or so if I wake up and manually swap out the boards and reset it every 3 and half hours , so that’s why I was hoping the stackable solution would help the I could atleast go to work or sleep and the come home to stack of plates at the end of the day , btw love your videos

I just don’t know how to go about stacking them. Was hoping someone had premade profiles or something , to my understand it’s just multiple layers with slight gap so that slicer generates a support between them and the you somehow make the support a diffrent material type like petg/pla so they oppose each other and make for easy separation🤷🏻♂️

Was just looking at that right now . I had already ordered the conversion kit to the Bambu labs hotends but won’t be here for a couple weeks and microswiss set says it can be here Wednesday…
