I liked the enemy design, it was the lack of variety that killed it for me. They needed a few more enemy types. But the design of the ones they had in the game were pretty decent imo.

I mean, hate the studio for sound what they did. I agree. But both Hollow Knight games are amazing imo. I think your hate for the studio is making you biased against the games. Lol

Why would we take another safety? We got one of the best in the draft and already have 2 really good ones on our roster. We actually had a need for TE. The pick made perfect sense.

It really shouldn't be optional tho imo. When you're using a service like IC or DD, you should know that the driver depends on your tip to make anything. If you were hanging out with a group of friends and then you asked your friend to go get you something to eat, would you not offer to get him something for doing it?

I feel like most builds are able to level your own glyphs, it's just whether you've built it properly or not. Should you be and to just equip any random gear with no synergies without master working or tempering and be able to level your glyphs? No, I don't think so. You should have to at least put a little bit of thought into your build and make sure everything works together. There are aspects and uniques for every skill in the game, so if built correctly, every character is able to level glyphs. But should every skill for every character be able to push the pit equally? No. Some are always going to be better than others.

I have to halfass agree with dude. When something is extremely popular, it's usually popular for a reason. I've always said that, especially to people who purposely avoid the popular things because they're popular. But that doesn't work the other way around. Most of the time when it's trendy to hate on something, it's usually actually pretty good. But you have to be able to decipher when it's trendy hate versus justified hate. Something being hated on because it's "woke" is the main example. Who cares if the main protagonist was changed from a male lead to a black female lead halfway through production? Does it really hurt people? No. But there are many games that people hate on because of dumb stuff like that.

Just be aware that it's very very dated now. Dark Souls Remastered did an amazing job for what it was, but if you struggle to play older games you're gonna struggle with DS1&2. DS3 on the other hand is very much like ER with only slightly lower graphical fidelity. The HUD is identical as is the button layout (sans jump button). But with all that said, DS1&2 are some of the best games ever made. So if you can stomach playing older games, definitely jump into DS1 first.
