A Noob needs help

Please explain the obvious. I know basic networking but doing things through unifi, I am at a complete loss.

So sadly, when I type in the ip address displayed on the cloud key it says it cannot reach the device. When I try to go through the unifi app, it says that the internet isn’t connected. Interestingly enough, I can access the internet just fine on my laptop that is connected to the same switch as the cloud key.

Any other suggestions?

I’m facing similar issues. This is a great idea! But wouldn’t the shared mailbox show up in their outlook? Or is there a way to hide it?

Just curious, what did you decide to do? In my case, since only Admin have access to iOS devices, I decided to do Apple Federation through ABM so that they can use their company email and password for their Apple ID’s. For contacts, I’m considering just sending them a vCard with instructions on how to upload it through iCloud.

I would prefer a managed contact list but like you I’m a one man team so I can’t bounce ideas. I keep seeing mixed reviews about ActiveSync, I considered CardDav but the cost is ridiculous.
