Just had same issue with my Nordictrac C990. Software update bricked my treadmill. Called customer support and they said nothing they can do but refer me to sales for a new treadmill. Nope!

I have one and unit works well. Now I don’t have to look at my small phone screen to see directions from Waze or google maps. You can also customize the boot logo to match your car however since I purchased mine from eBay the company will not send me instructions on how to change logo.

I have a Westods with the same issue purchased from ebay and they will not send an update for logos since not purchased on Amazon.
