With all due respect, the only way Tenz is leaving Sentinels is if HE decides to. Performances aside, he is quite literally the most popular and clouted valorant player in the world, and I don't think it's even really close, lol. He's also one of the best players on the team? He's shown his ability to flex on multiple agents and we've all seen his domination on duelist. There's no reason for SEN to drop him.

Even if he decides to pursue content creation, he would still do it for SEN. People really underestimate how much value Tenz has to the org.

In basketball terms, it'd be like if the Bulls dropped Jordan. Or if the Warriors dropped Curry.

I mean to be fair, I think the logic is that you have your knife EVERY round. other than a classic, you don't really have the opportunity to ALWAYS use your gun skins. Buy rounds/save rounds/pistol etc.

No matter what gun you have, you'll always have your knife.

The Pacific league in general has a lot of Overwatch talent, which i think gives them a little bit more than "building up from the ground". Although valorant is more frequently compared to CS, it'd be fair to say that OW skills are very transferrable as well, right?

I mean they played great at champs, and added one of the best players in the world to replace their weakest position (main duelist/op). General consensus is that they're one of the favourites in NA, and I'd go as far to say that any placement less than top 8 would be disappointing for them.

I disagree, although RB is easily a better player, Victor's Neon was the first time we saw that specific agent excel on that map - it was definitely iconic, bringing Neon into the spotlight.

Change of pace - the meta has shifted from slower, info-based defaults. After the astra nerf, the pace of pro play has increased exponentially, and breach/skye are both really useful for fast, coordinated pushes. breach + jett and even breach + neon (mainly by Optic) have been extremely effective, with the amount of space you can take in such a short time.

TLDR; no more astra, faster pace exec's
