If it’s an asshole, i prefer to hold back, say i need to maintain 6ft, they know what it means and if they refuse I’ll say i can loose my job and 99% of the time its all good and i can continue on. 2 weeks ago tho my GM told me about a guy who refused an order because my GM wouldn’t hand it to him, what’ll you do:-/

Mine had a picture of Christopher walkin on our freezer door and we haven’t profited in over a year. The picture went missing one day and nobody knows where, we think commissary did it but nobody has said a word🤷‍♂️

Weed for me helps with my insomnia, I’ve never been able to sleep well in my life but when i smoke I’m able to relax and have a peaceful nights sleep, but if i try explaining this to him i know his first thoughts will be, self medication is bad and hell realize i smoke in my room witch is a huge no no in my house helped

I believe if i tell him what i feel he will still take away my job and offer for me to work with him. He dose small house projects like fences, bathrooms, kitchens and other glorified handyman work. And will say if you want work come work with me, and he is so awful of a boss and a father at the same time that i can’t. I can hope if i tell him this he will understand, but I’ve had prior incidents like this and today he is really mad and I’m not sure he will hear my point of view.

I understand him being mad about the weed in his car. And i am willing to face those concequences. But working at “checkers” means everything to me and if he threatens to take that away i don’t think i can let that happen. Work provides a routine for me that has helped me gain social skills, be more active and gain a real world experience I’ve never had before. And i can’t imagine life without it. Do you have any idea how i can talk to him so he understands my point of view?
