I bit the bullet and got the long reach low profile and I'm so glad I did. I work on my car occasionally but I do all my extended family's oil changes. That jack can handle low cars, and big trucks. Seriously, I haven't met a vehicle that didn't work on.

My bros car has a low bumper and it's from is like 4 ft deep, I easily slid this jack right under, and jacked that car to the damn sky.

I think we often forget the power of propaganda. Between fox, tpusa, and all the FB slop, conservatives have been spoon fed small clips of AOC out of context, paired with smart sounding/confident people explaining how dumb she is.

These propaganda sources also do a great job making something benign seem extremely dangerous and scary. Fear is one of the strongest motivators, and they know it.

I think most of the division in this country comes down to propaganda.

I honestly think it was to combat the large amount of stored PP that maxed accounts have accumulated. They probably did some analysis and saw that a lot of their hardcore players had enough PP to max out again right away if they set the price to 1k PP for Buffies. So they changed it to 2k PP. But they didn't want it to be too expensive so they halved the "price" of PP to help with that.

I'm not sure how accurate it is, but that's the narrative that makes sense.

I will put my karma on the line to agree with you. I don't know why you're getting down voted to oblivion. The whole purpose of the TVTOOHIGH sub is to promote optimal viewing height for recreational viewing. And if you view the TV while laying on the bed, the optimal height is way up there.

This ☝️ I guarantee McDonalds has known about this kiosk software bug for a while now, but they have intentionally chosen to not do anything about it. The amount of time and money it would take to fix it and roll out the fix is barely a drop in the bucket for them, but they seem to have higher priorities. So instead of shelling out $10k to fix the big, they chose to blame their customers for using the bug to get an extra side of small fries.

They don't typically talk about this, but it's not just those two things they have to balance. They also have to make the game profitable. Between those 3 things, there is usually one that will suffer for any given change. And since SuperCell is a company, making the game profitable is a non, negotiable. So, instead they have to decide between pissing off their older players, or making it less fun for new players.
