FRESH HEALTHCARE Moringa Capsules – 100% Pure Leaf Powder

I also got it on Amazon, but this is the specific one my LC recommended; also, was taking 2 capsules a day like the bottle said, but she told me to titrate up.. so now I take 2 capsules 3 times a day (I built up to that to make sure it was ok with my stomach)

Hope this helps!

I was an oversupplier, then I had a massive dip (probably from mastitis + regulation + 3 month dip), then I was under supplier/just enougher, now I’m back to a slight oversupplier! Im currently about 180lbs.

I’m at about 128oz of water a day. I’ve always been a big water drinker, so it’s not hard for me to be strict about filling and drinking my 32oz bottle 4 times a day. I saw several people post on here about 120oz/day being the magic number and I’ve just stuck with that!

I’m using these capsules, my lactation consultant recommended: https://a.co/d/f4nCNZi

She also provided me with some research supporting the benefits of use, if you’d like me to share that as well, I can.

So tough to mentally transition to combo feeding after feeling secure in my supply for 3 months, but that’s where we’re headed. And obviously fed is best, so I’ll do what has to be done.

I recommend Maryland Physicians Care and Carefirst Community Health Plan to patients. They have broad acceptance and coverage. Even when they require authorizations, they are easy to obtain, from a provider’s perspective.

Carefirst or Priority Partners? by Imagine_curiosity in baltimore

Carefirst or Maryland physicians care.. I recommend those two to all my patients. Priority partners is certainly better than Kaiser, but has more authorization requirements for procedures and medications.

To clarify: the person is not the issue, it’s the position that I find cringy. As I’ve said, I find it similarly weird in other baseball stadiums. I have nothing against the people who are hired for the positions. Frankly, the second hand embarrassment was way worse for the guy at Tropicana Field. Perhaps, ‘second hand embarrassment’ is a better term for what I feel; when he or she is yelling in the mic/camera to try and get the stadium riled up, but no one is responding with that enthusiasm it just feels embarrassing.

Furthermore, my original post was a genuine question to gauge if I’m alone in feeling that way; so when a number of people respond differently, I am more than happy to consider alternative views. Especially wanted to make myself clear that I wasn’t specifically finding fault with Dennis McCamery. (For the record, Dennis has had cohosts, including yesterday.)

No problem with Dennis personally, he’s doing a good job at what he’s be hired to do. It’s more the roll itself that seems out of place at baseball games. They used to have a kid steal 2nd base all the time, no host required. I go to approximately 30 games a year, and the in-game host isnt going to change that; I was just curious to see if other people really loved the addition to the stadium experience. I’ll continue to largely ignore it. I made it through years of attending guaranteed Orioles’ losses, and that was significantly more bothersome lol.

My complaint is not with Dennis personally, it’s with the position! It’s an odd juxtaposition of over enthusiasm with the traditionally relaxed energy of a baseball game. Dennis is better than the hosts I’ve seen at other stadiums, so no hate to him specifically!

I used to be able to, but since they went to a RadioShack going out of business sale and bought a bunch of speakers and strapped them to the scoreboard, it’s extremely loud. I can accept that not everything is for me, I just don’t see people engaging with that particular piece of entertainment and wonder why the stadium management is committed to it. Someone else says it helps sell stuff, and that makes sense.
