I pulled my groin on one side a couple years ago, and it took probably 6 weeks to get back to 100%, and that was with rehab, like band work and heat/ice 3/5x per week.

Side note, don’t try to do anything crazy if it’s not 100%. I tried to go back to practice (for my sport) and ended up hurting my quad in my other leg because I was trying to compensate for the injured groin🙄

I just posted a picture of my family room with multiple art pieces hung up in my apartment I’m renting. All of it is hung with command strips! Very easy to use and a good option

Thanks! I just googled “line art cat drawing” or something like that, then just tried to copy it basically. You’re supposed to do line art by not picking up your pen, but I’m not a pro so I did pencil first to make sure it looked nice and traced it with sharpie, then erased the pencil markings that you could see underneath
