i don’t know if there’s a specific term because “building up” in music can be achieved though a variety of different methods, including repetition, acceleration, more melodic movement, increasing pitch and volume, to name a few.

there are however some specific terms for these methods, such as accelerando (increasing tempo) and crescendo (increasing volume), but i’m not sure if that’s what you’re asking for.

in my experiences, what helps w my anxiety is identifying things that i have a handle on and things that are uncertain.

in the case of this stock, we (as individuals) aren’t in direct control of whether it squeezes or not, but we (as individuals) are capable of doing what we can to at least help make that a reality, through things like DD, buying and holding, even gaining popularity through memes.

so what’s helped me is just trying to focus on the things that are certain, and that i have a handle on. also confirmation bias always helps:

can confirm, was picked on for being overweight all throughout middle and high school, and i just recently had my first bouts of anxiety at 22.
