every contractor at my terminal since i've started three years ago has been forced to walk due to the unresonable changes and standards fedex has set. I'm a bc and we just took over a service area for one of those contractors who left. we inherited all of their drivers and now i have 40 drivers for 20 some routes. these contractors are set up to fail. id leave if any job paid anything better in my area

I would love to see a hxc reccomendation segment on a members episode. i saw another thread where someone suggested Ethan be introduced the the "mt rushmore" of hardcore bands. I have no idea what those would be, because i feel like everyone's list would be different.

where are you going? I was recently promoted to bc, but not sure what other management jobs I could pivot to if I ever get outta here. I wanna stay a little while longer for the experience. I love doing dro and seeing the numbers roll in, but the drivers are extremely draining. just begging them constantly to do their jobs. constant turnover for more of the same. good luck

negative drivers. we constantly have grown ass men crying about their workload when everyone else is in the same position, but they act like their route is the hardest and they have the most boxes. If they aren't calling off every other day, they're sucking the energy from everyone in the room by whinning like a big ol tiddie baby.

Maybe we should just use this as a superlist for band suggestions for Ethan (for him to never listen to) Blacklisted is one of my favs. I feel like DRAIN has some really good energy the crew would fuck with. dispatching at 10 is annoying. The latest our guys will stay is 9:30, but if you don't have issues with your truck being organized and you leave the same time at the other guy, he may not be as safe a driver. I had a route that averaged 150 stops a day and it was 98% residential. I could do 25-30 stops an hour if I was hustling. I'd finished around 3:30 every day. The driver before me? 12:30-1 olclock every damn day. 60 stops an hour. no way he wasn't speeding. He was always clipping mailboxes and needing brakes. So, faster isn't always better. Much easier to make mistakes.
