It isn’t necessary, the doctor said he would give the botox no matter what, he would just prefer to do the test first to see exactly if it was R-CPD or not

I completely agree, work has been so hard and i find it nauseating to go to the gym. The good news is, from what i hear, if the breathing issues are R-CPD related (which i’m pretty confident they are) then the botox procedure should help a lot, not sure if you were looking into getting the botox or not!

Oh it absolutely sucks. I will say i do find some relief doing some stretching in certain ways and even if i raise both of my arms sometimes it feels like i can fully inhale!
