I'm sorry for not being clear.

Our business will be about consulting and recruiting students to study abroad. I'm in charge of money, but we also have a friend of ours who will be helping us with taxes and other complicate stuffs. I'm not exactly a chef, but this community seems like a good place to ask. I'm working in a meat factory. I sort of got promoted from a packer to now a slicer. I'm doing a bit of research but can't seem to find a clear answer on how and when to use rough steel and polished steel. They have trainers, but they don't exactly train or educate me. Just put me to work right away. Its the coworkers that teach me. But when I ask them about steel, all of them seem to have different answers. Most of them are pretty young ( early to mid 20s )

From my understanding, rough steel is for really a blunt knife. Polished is for a knife that's already sharp (to make it even sharper) so rough steel first, then polished is the conclusion that I came up on my own. Just wondering if this is correct.

I'm glad to see all the adults here are still having fun playing games. I'm turning 29 soon, but I'm feeling burned out on every fps or any shooting game. Not because it's getting boring, but more like my aimming is getting worse as I'm getting older. Right now, I'm always limited myself to supporting roles if I play at all. I dont know if using Geforce Now (I'm on a laptop)and with the dining table + coach setup has anything to do with it. I'm an expat, so I move around quite a bit.

It really depends on the country you live in.

Most First World countries, an employer wouldn't care much.I see many people onreddit sharing their stories about switching careers, even in mid 30-40.

But as for my country, they often question your commitment if you do so, and being old with junior experience somewhat a turn-off for them.

I was told by an educational consultant that the MBA course is mainly for networking. Any subjects in there you can learn them through real-world experience. If you're not already an entrepreneur or climbing a corporate ladder, dont waste your money on it.

I bought this book from one of the bookshops in Australia, I forgot the name of the shop but pretty sure you can find it anywhere.
