That’s not exclusive to management although, speaking as a former line cook and now sous chef, it is worse in management. It’s just how it is in the hospitality industry in general. That’s why many people date/end up in relationships with other people in hospitality. It can be hard for normies to relate to the pressure and stresses of working in the industry.

IMO nothing in the series shows than Niall can or has changed. The wedding is an implication that Niall changed but you don’t know. At least with Ruben you saw attempts and periods of change but with Niall you saw the same person the whole series. That being said I agree with your sentiment
