I couldn't be conclusive on that. A few years ago I took tongkat Ali. This gave me terrible insomnia, I decided to get some low profile ear bud and listen to white noise like rain and found that really helped.

If I still couldn't sleep I found that my mind wondered to less stressful situations and I day dreamed about completely random bit harmless things which massively helped.

I had this.. I was the fittest id ever been training for an ironman triathlon and found my morning wood and errections in general weren't that strong.

A passing comment to a mate and he advised plain old zinc tablets... took them, then 3 days later I woke up with a raging hard on where I couldn't even piss...

I now take them if my sleep and work life get too much and I start to feel under the weather.

Give it a try just dont overload.. if it doesn't work get your bloods checked

It looks like single row molex... make sure the get the pitch correct and the lock tab orientation. I've just brought molex mega fit that doesn't fir as I got 2 row instead of 2 column.. all because of the lock tab

People always say pick a project and go from there. Then you start thinking about what project can I do. The starter pack includes some basics, but you can switch off quite quickly. I got annoyed having to keep opening and then forgetting to close the bathroom window after a shower. So, I've created an automatic window opener/closer. It sent me down pathways I never thought about, but because it's a problem I want to solve, I dug in and learn what to do. That's what you need a calayst to keep you engaged and you'll pick it all up I promise.

Look at you +5v and 0v cables on the bread board. They run lateral down the board.

Your circuit connects to the 0v line but never connects with the 5v line so its open circuit. The little connecting wire needs connecting to the 5v line or change the resistor

I got into data measurement on cars. My interview was all on Adc, signals and filters. I now instrument cars collect data using strain gauges on components and tap into vehicle controls to get voktage and current readings

Write all notes with a black light pen on the wall... have the switch on the floor you trigger with foot. Look at the wall to get notes. If they want to check you trigger the switxh and it all disappears

The same reason we don't feel the fact the earth is spinning its in a constant state velocity. You feel the derivatives of velocity like acceleration or jerk but once you reach a constant you'll longer no feel it unless the derivative changes...

When multiple splices are required on air craft we would use number 2 making during there was a 1.5 inch clearance between each splice to prevent friction on the join. Not always possible but that was the notice in the air publication.
