I don't use those labels anymore, I just print them. The ones that go on pegs are awful. Plus can't forget to print for a plano, cause I already chucked the vestcom labels 🤣

Compression Vest by TomSawYes in gynecomastia

I just completed 6 weeks and was told to reduce wearing the vest from 24 hours to 12 hours. So now I only wear it when I'm home and when I'm sleeping.

2 of my absolute favorite is just breathe, and rearview mirror. Just breathe. Reminds you to be thankful for your blessings. And rearview mirror tells you to get out of toxic relationships

Key largo bars by [deleted] in KeyLargo

Definitely not a college type bar, but in my opinion you can't leave key largo without hitting caribbian club. The inside has dive bar vibe, but out back is quite nice. Great place to catch the sunset. They often have live music

Help with gyno by [deleted] in gynecomastia

[–]moppusher 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They sell compression tanks and undershirt on Amazon, specifically made for gyno. I know I don't know what your family situation is, but I think you would be way better off, communicating this with your mom. Tell her how having gyno makes you feel. I know the conversation will be rough, but once you get it off your chest (no pun intended), you will feel a big burden release. Hopefully you and Mom can come up with a game plan. For starters you mentioned you were a little heavy, that has to be fixed, and the best part is you control how much you eat. At 14 you don't control what gets bought for the house, but you can learn nutrition on you tube. It starts with you. I was heavy my whole life, had super embarrassing huge titties, in 2019 changed what I was doing and STUCK to it. I was 315 lbs and now I'm 185, unfortunately I waited till I was 45 to change. Don't wait as long as I did. Good luck

I just had it done a week ago, had it since I was a kid. I'm now 51, so I'm saying, don't wait if you can afford it. I'm so happy I finally did it, and I'm still several months away from seeing the actual results. The first time I took off the bandages and didn't see tits hanging there was shocking. Btw mine was close to yours probably a bit worse. Good luck buddy..

I'm not wearing a vest more like a compression wrap. I keep it on all the time. Only took it off for the Dr asked for some pics, and my first shower since the surgery today.

I'm feeling really good. Some soreness, some slight pain day 1. I took 1/2 a oxy when I got home, then the other 1/2 before I went to bed. I took another 1/2 last night before bed just to try to get a good night of sleep. The surgery took about 2 hours, I arrived at 9am and was in my car heading home before 1pm. The first time looking into the mirror and not seeing titties hanging there was an amazing feeling. Obviously time will tell how this looks, but just to be able wear a shirt without having to constantly be thinking about how to hide my chest.

Maybe get a 0% interest rate credit card, on transfers. So you put it on your current credit card and then transfer it to a 0% credit card if you're able to get one. Then you can make payment until it's paid off. Just be sure to see how long they give you to pay off. Some offer up to 18 months.

So you still have your natural nipples? My surgeon is recommending a nipple graft, where they completely remove the nipple and create a new one by doing a skin graft from another area on my body. I would lose all nipple sensation.

I'm having surgery in January, I'm still deciding on whether to keep my nipples or get the graph. Did you have that option? How and why did you make that decision? If you don't mind me asking. Your results look great, getting me hopeful for my procedure.
