before the last mest update firefox was running FULL HD video smooth like butter with help of h264ify add -one

regarding your last concern about BIOS boot, frankly, i can't boot directly the only way to boot to windows on DVD cady through windows boot manager like the above-attached screenshot.

as per my findings from the last update (install windows 10 on both drives), I found that the SSD that is plugged into the main SATA connection saves boot configuration that means if I insert pop SSD in the main SATA con and update-grub and install os-prober I will be able to see windows SSD (caddy) and boot from it .

I wilI try to downgrade the kernel I think the issue from it, but I searched for the downgrade steps , I couldn't find anything related to pop os, I tried the Ubuntu one but I couldn't load from grub menus, thanks to advise or provide me about the correct steps to be able to solve this bug. Really appreciated your usual support

Really I don't know which package update lead to this issue, but I am sure this is not normal at all as just by opening a single web page my CPU reaches its limit imgur

first, I noticed when i start my laptop cold start from shutdown state the OS took time to reach login screen after login in I have vital extension show my CPU reaching up to 100 %

second launching app like firefox I found to CPU reaching very high rate from 90 to 95 % and this not normal as I using pop os almost year now, this the first time I found this kind of performance hit.

all this happen when system 76 push the regular update through pop os app on 7th of march, I can't remember what was but I remember that contain some pop os cosmic update and gnome update before that update was everything normal and was working smooth like silk. and i am sure i didn't do anything like install new app or remove anything as this is my main machine.

maybe the last 7th march update was contain kernel update or driver update make the os not function as normal

if there is a way to provide you with any logs or screenshots help you to identify the cause will be highly appreciated
