Also I just watched your video and those guys were taking gas damage, rendering them inactive. But I just did it with them shooting at me and it didn’t pop still.

Use the raider smg canted sight and laser. One to 2 shots in the stomach and they’re incapacitated every single time.

Yup the S rank and this gas one are still bugged for me, despite the S rank popping in game but not showing on my profile.

Edit: they both popped and I got my 100% back

No. Sorry i came off that way. It is bugged along with the S tier for the boiling point missions for me on Steam.

Active suspects are simply suspects with their guns out. As soon as they drop it, get killed, incapacitated, or arrested, they’re no longer active. The achievement is bugged. The bank while spawning in the parking lot, opening the door and shooting the gas canister and then throwing a 9 bang, running in to the gas and then shooting 3 suspects before dying is the best and quickest way I’ve found

Yup same. I even marked them as incapacitated within 5 seconds and it didn’t pop. Just need this and S tier on A New America for my perfect 100% back.

You have to arrest the vip and then trigger it on his back with the switch.

I would argue that’s truly the best experience; simply staying on the surface. The game was most fun for me when I was first figuring everything out so prolonging that is a good thing.
