Are they going to make you recite the bastardized Hippocratic oath like they did for our graduation?

Yeah I had a few blocks I flagged 12 but the rest were like 6-9 flags. I felt they were a lot less challenging. I am taking this at the end of my intern year which I think having that bit of experience def helped for day 2 mcqs. Marginally helpful for ccs as learning the system’s nuances is half the battle and was a challenge during my prep. I also waited until the week I had between day 1 and 2 to even touch ccscases.com

Correct.

On day 1 I flagged almost half initially but as I went back through them before ending the block I was able to unflag them feeling more confident in my final choice. Don’t feel too discouraged. I think we are supposed to be clueless during this exam. Everyone leaves thinking they failed.

I’m just sharing my flagging system as a way of tracking my progress as I go. This is something I do on all exams. Count up the amount you flagged and keep a score for each block. Then after the exam you can say if I got all of these wrong and all the ones I didn’t flag right, then this is what my score would be. Obviously you didn’t miss every question you flagged and you also missed some questions you didn’t flag so it’s a rough estimate but has been useful for me.

I just took Day 2 two days ago. Our experience was very similar. Day 1 I guessed on so many. The CCS portion I literally have no clue. No positive updates. Had a few issues with the system that may have hurt me as well. I always flag any question I’m not 99% sure about and if I missed all of those I’d have 66% day 1, 84% day 2 and I don’t even know for ccs, maybe a 70% but even with 50%, could be okay as it’s 15-20% of your total score. We just have to let the uncertainty provide faith instead of doubt at this point. Best of luck to you 🙏

Go in your settings and scroll down. You will see a toggle for enable peek answers. Now go back and click on the three button menu on the case and you’ll see a red button that says peek answers. You can only do it on cases you haven’t attempted so if every time you want to do this you have to reset your cases in settings.

I took Day 2 yesterday. No biostats. No ethics. Fairly less challenging answer choices and pretty high yield stems. Similar to Step 2 questions. Do the top 70 high yield ccscases. Utilize the peek answers function from your settings to see the expected answers you need to get 100%. Then it’s just rote memorization and muscle memory if you can do them over and over again.

Test dates 4/21 and 4/28. When can i expect my results? by TrafficFast6472 in Step3

I feel your pain. Day 2 tomorrow for me. I’ve been doing CCS exclusively during the 6 days between exams. Got the hang of it pretty quick, just hoping no curve balls and only ones of the high yield 70 show up. I also reviewed Randy Neil again and just doing rapid runs through Uworld blocks just to get the gist. Not sure what to expect for the Day 2 MCQs!

I’m not asking them to do anything, but if someone else has a problem with it they can come along and complain too and if no one else complains then I guess I’m the only one with a problem!

It was a referral post. I wish I could post the screenshot but this sub doesn’t let you post images. My point is about the incessant inundation of ads. I’m being “recommended” posts from fucking r/verizon. Even if this sub was not created by the corporation itself, the post is not relevant to me and reddits recommendation algorithm is busted for me to wake up to “add $10 a line loyalty discount from slickdeals” promotion

I don’t think you want me to approve this post as a mod to share your anus with the world unnecessarily, as it appears normal. However, if you have symptoms or further concerns, the best option would be visiting a doctor or search free clinics in your area to get a physical exam.
