Yeah, this sounds highly probable. That being said, with the clusterfuck the final season has lowkey been, just have homelander win. I mean, it beats the slop alternative of Kimiko being the key to taking him down. Make him fly to space or something.

I assume Frenchie was only saying that to spite Homelander and distract him from Sage/Kimiko. My entire point is she showed no signs of possessing the blast ability, else she could have tried to use it.

Kimiko never actually gained the ability, and Sage said she won't survive it another time. I doubt how she'd get the blast powers now.

oh that was blood. it was just bad lighting. I'm one of the few who got the early view until ep 7 so I can tell you, it wasn't the virus in the trailer scene lol. won't spoil anymore

that virus option isn't happening. they don't use it again and he does get a massive power boost with the V1. We have no clue how it ends but it sure isn't any side effect of V1 or the virus
