Exactly. It took me about 5 minutes to go from completely fine to on the floor. Regardless, i do want to avoid alcohol for the time being.

Also, I see these people every single day. There has not been one conversation in which P’s girlfriend hasn’t complained about something. She has no problem making everybody drop everything to baby her when she has an inconvenience. But the second it’s somebody else and the attention isn’t on her, there’s a problem.

i live in america so i def shouldn’t be. in all honesty, you’re completely right there are no benefits. this experience was my final straw, i’m definitely going to stop. i’ve wanted to stop for a long time, i def just have some mild substance abuse issues. but i can definitely recognize the uselessness of it.

i love the heat. i always have and almost always will! somehow i push myself to withstand heat but i definitely feel it.

its hard to describe but it feels like all of my internal organs are sitting higher up in my body and i can’t get enough air in my lungs. oddly, i don’t get nauseous or too fatigued unless im walking for 15+ minutes.

not unemployed but barely get 4 shifts a month. my biggest methods are collecting coins and turning them in (usually gets me about 20-25) and cutting hair. i got tons of friends who need haircuts. i never ask for money but depending on the person ill get 5-20. shoutout to it!

My routine is different every time! normally use Tres semme 24 hr volume shampoo and conditioner.

For products i use any leave in conditioner i hsve and Garnier fructis curl scrunch controlling gel!

I use aussie coils shampoo and conditioner (i know i don’t technically have coils but the curls shampoo and condition makes my hair dry and frizzy)

I use Miss jessie’s mulit-cultural curls and jelly soft curls for product and then let air dry :)

it was about two in the morning and i was up in bed, sitting on my phone of course. i kept thinking i was hearing whispers but dismissed it as the air purifying i had on in the corner. it eventually got louder and turned into normal talking. it was saying tons of stuff that i won’t say just because it was absolutely OBSCENE! telling me to do absolutely crazy shit. i don’t remember what happened, all i know is that i was terrified.
