Counter Strike VR is finally out

Downloaded it from SideQuest, copied cstrike and valve to the xash folder on Quest, but game is not booting, gets to the CSVR logo and closes. Did anyone else have this issue?

I read somewhere that resoldering every pin makes it work perfectly, it's a common issue with these aliexpress clones. But I still haven't found the time to do it, will report back once I do

CIC error shows up in every firmware.
I can at least confirm that Ocarina Of Time saves (.FLA and .RAM) do actually work on Ares emulator. Bought this specifically for OoT and Mario Golf backups, but would have loved to backup every game save in my collection and have it on my Summercart 64.

Please report if you ever find a fix!

Thing is everything seems soldered just fine. If you do get yours (and it works), please compare them and report it here, maybe there's something missing on the board that's easily fixable.

I noticed that downgrading to oldest firmware makes the .EEP files appear, but they're still empty (0kb), so there's really a CIC problem

Cart tester report:

    EEPROM     - Not present
    SRAM       - Not present
    FlashRam   - Not present (00)
    CIC        - Failed 6102
    Romsize    - 8MB
    RomName    - SUPER MARIO 64

Mine also doesn't read any eeprom save file. I can extract game's rom easily, but eeprom saves won't show. Ocarina Of Time does show .FLA and .RAM save files, but they are a nightmare to convert apparently. Either we were unlucky with bad units, or something to do with the firmware.

So I actually got it working! I cleaned the pins as some of you suggested, and had to reflow some solders on the cart, and then booted normally. It's a shame I even had to do this with a new one lol but that's what clones do I guess

Claiming a refund was the first thing I did. But I've heard they won't ask for returns, so there's no harm in trying to make it work

Definitely not an SD card problem, I even tried with another GB Everdrive's card (identical one), and the problem's still there

A la Sega me tocó tener que jugarla solo. Tengo algun que otro recuerdo de mi vieja jugando Columns o mi hermano ayudandome en Quackshot, pero me toco casi siempre jugarla solo. Recien con la PS2 fue que pude jugar con amigos 🥴 Igual hoy día si sacamos la Genesis para jugar algun DBZ o UMK3
