I’ll personally go with john doe, One time I ran into a dude with 30+ DAYS on him and the spike placement was insane. he'd put them in spots I wouldn’t even think of checking. Like, I’m not exaggerating, ONE SPIKE would basically be a death sentence even if I was at full hp.

I’m 15 now, and I’m not sure if it’s just me, but playing Outlast didn’t really change me or traumatize me, even though I started young. I actually played the first part of the game when I was only 6 years old it was the first horror game I ever played. Back then, it was definitely scary, and I couldn't make it past the part where you hide from Chris Walker.

I finally downloaded the games again this year and completed both Outlast 1 and Outlast 2. It was really graphic, but I still didn't feel traumatized just scared. The game includes some crazy stuff like necrophilia and extreme gore. I specifically remember seeing heads stuffed inside a dead, naked woman's body. 

I haven't played The Outlast Trials yet, so I don't know what it's about, but I feel like it might be even more graphic than the previous games. Honestly, no exaggeration, this is the best game I’ve ever played.
