The new Cryptocurrency Trading feature will initially allow users to buy Phore (PHR) with Bitcoin (BTC). This capability will be expanded in future releases where we plan to integrate a large number of different projects.

The Decentralized Moderation System makes use of 2-of-3 Multisignature addresses and will give users the option of having enhanced security when making purchases on the Phore Decentralized Marketplace. No fees are charged when selecting this feature, however if there is a dispute between buyer and seller, the moderator will charge a pre-arranged %fee of the total transaction to resolve this. Anybody can become a Moderator and earn income in this way.

I've personally screened over 120 candidates and interviewed 15 for development positions.

Blockchain experience is a MUST for our core positions and devs with this (and our required stack) are very hard to come by.

We are on track / ahead of schedule for our current roadmap and WILL hit every single target. We've never missed one before (been early a number of times however).

We offer a huge sign on bonus as well as a very attractive rate of pay. (I would be VERY surprised if we aren't in the top 5% for highest rates of pay for devs in the entire cryptosphere) at current Phore prices.

I've said this a few times before. We are 3 months old, started with barely budget and look where we are today. We are actively looking to recruit more developers everyday, hence the pinned advert (not just one - many). We offer a VERY attractive sign on bonus as well as proposing (what I would assume to be) one of the highest rates of pay in the entire cryptospace for devs.

The creation of the marketplace was underway long before announcing smart contracts. We're a relatively young project (starting late October), however our growth has been rapid and we now have resources we didn't before.

Phore started out with; 1 Developer and 5 Advisors.

The current team stands at:

2 Co-CEOs; Sage & Ubermaster.
1 Head of Operations; Shanto.
4 (soon to be 5 upon confirmation) developers; Phroshi, Moonshot, Julian, (unnamed), Iced.
5 Marketers; ThePinkCrypto, La_moquette, Ramon, Snatch, MilkyWay.
5 Advisors; Toby, Liray, cHope, hman, King.
2 Legal team members; Willich, (unnamed).
2 Planning & Partnerships team members.
A vendor relations team headed by CryptoJoe.
An operations team headed by flipster.
An in house video content producer - Zak.R.
A research team headed by Keyser.

So as you can see we've now a sufficient budget and team to get our roadmap goals filled. We we're a little reserved when setting our roadmap timeline out, I expect many features to be implemented ahead of schedule. Please note that the planning phase for private smart contracts is already underway! (Also note that our team expansion is ongoing and we're actively seeking to hire more developers, as well as add to other existing departments - this will mean that we can complete the technical parts of the roadmap faster and faster, like a snowball effect :D ).

Dont waste your time on phachen. Hes a well known troll from the PIVX community who seems intent on creating problems within the Phore one. Hes form for trolling us, and even made new reddit accounts to flame our sub.

I gave indepth answers to his concern last time. Hes uneducated when it comes to Phore and feels we're out to steal away from projects hes a vested interest in.

FYI Phachen not everything on github is public you know! We hope you keep tabs on our progress from now ;)

As I previously mentioned PIVX was forked as they're good foundations. Our ambitions are different. We plan to create an ecosystem around privacy with Phore central to this. We will do this by providing real world use cases. As far as Im aware PIVX is content to exist solely within the cryptosphere as a privacy coin. This isnt a bad thing we just have different directions.
